Students in McAllen ISD's Video Production course, known as KMAC, earned multiple awards at the SkillsUSA state contest held April 10 in Corpus Christi.
All eight projects entered received a Superior Ranking, earning a Blue Ribbon.
KMAC is a part of the district's Career and Technical Education Program. McAllen ISD's CTE Program offers more than four college certification opportunities through dual enrollment, 40 professional licenses and certification opportunities, 22 programs of study, all aligned to 13 Career Clusters.
