Congratulations to Memorial High's R.J. Rios who signed to play baseball for Loyola University New Orleans on April 8, 2026 during a ceremony in the school gym.
Rios, a left-hander, pitches and plays in the outfield for the Mustangs. He is the latest McAllen ISD student-athlete to earn a chance to compete at the next level.
